District Solutions is polar-opposite from the vast majority of recruitment businesses in today's competitive market. The principle that underpins our business strategy is to build great relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Non-aggressive
The key to building relationships is our non-aggressive approach. We believe in giving all parties the accurate information they need, and then the time and space to make a decision. Of course we'll offer an opinion; but we also feel that additional pressure is not useful to the decision making process and know when to back off.
Collaboration
By adopting this approach and being consistent, we hope to foster a level of mutual trust and respect which opens up a collaborative process with clean, direct and open lines of communication to all levels
Understanding
Before we can work effectively with a client or a candidate, we first have to understand what it is that they are looking for and why. Taking the time to listen and understand is a fundamental part of the District Solutions ethos.
