To participate in the FreeQualify program all we ask is exclusivity on the role for an agreed period, meaningful contact with the Hiring Managers and active feedback during the selection process.

Are you only providing us with candidates that have recently qualified or seeking their first role in IT?
No. We provide a first-class recruitment service and search the market for the best candidates to suit your needs. We will qualify and deliver the pick of the bunch to you like any other consultancy. The difference is that we will provide the successful candidate with a relevant training course at no cost to you or the candidate, with no strings attached.
So you must charge more for this service?
No at all. Our fees are just as competitive and negotiable (depending on volume) as any of your recruitment suppliers.
How can you afford to give away 40% of your placement fee?
The biggest cost for any recruiter is always the time spent on working roles that they never fill. By only working with exclusive vacancies, our chances of success are almost guaranteed, so we can afford to invest up to 40% of our fee to further increase the candidate's potential and add some real value.
Won't we be missing out on some candidates if we only use one recruitment consultancy?
Most unlikely. Although this will be the first thing that your usual recruiter will tell you when they lose the business, the reality is that modern day internet based recruiting and networking means that we have just about the same access to the talent market as any other recruiter. Our combined experience and resourcing savvy is second to none and we also have a mature database of candidates. And just in case one slips through the net, we will be more than happy for you to call in your normal suppliers after an agreed period.
What if we don't want to use Firebrand Training to provide the course?
That's fine. We only recommend Firebrand because we know how good they are, but if you have your own preferred training provider - go for it, just book the course within the assigned budget and we'll pick up the tab.
Does the training have to be IT based?
Not at all. Pick any course you like as long as both you and the candidate are in agreement and it adds value to the hire.
Where's the catch?
There's no catch, just a few reasonable conditions; exclusivity on the roles, open channels of communication with the Hiring Manager & HR, good feedback and timely payment. The successful candidate will be eligible for the training award after 3 month's service, which must be booked within 12 months of the start date. And that's it.
We have a PSL and cannot add any more agencies to the list...
